Located in a conch home (formerly a typical cigar worker's home from the 1930s) in mid-town Key West, join fellow foodies for a fun cooking event.
Led by Donna Shields, Caribbean Light cookbook author, former faculty at Culinary Institute of America, registered dietitian and long-time Key West local, you'll hang on the back deck while we prepare 3 island dishes adapted from Donna's Caribbean Light cookbook.
Classes require a minimum of 6 participants, max of 10 for a personal experience. Includes demonstration of 3 dishes you can easily replicate at home, generous tastings of each and an island cocktail.
Classes are held every Thursday 10am-Noon (except Nov 28, Dec 26, Jan 23, Feb 20). If you have a minimum of 6 and want to schedule your own group other than a Thursday, please contact Donna directly at 305.967.1600.
