The Key West International Guitar Festival has over twenty events including, the fabulous Guitar Summit, and the world premiere of “Melodic Journey” by guitar composer, Mateo. 

The festival has dinner concerts, jazz brunch, garden recital, sunset sail serenade, plus, a blues jam, guitar stroll, art gallery concert, guitar workshops and a recording studio, to create your own music while at the festival.

To fully immerse ourselves in Italian cooking’s passion and rich history, we need to feel Italian in our bones. We need to relax in laid-back surroundings and enjoy the full experience.

One of the hardest obstacles to hosting cooking classes in New York City is the lack of spaces. I have attended and hosted many events in restaurants and private apartments. Guests come to enjoy the food and good wine, learn recipes, get cooking tips from the chef, and hear stories of my personal experiences. The spaces tend to be smaller, the acoustics are not the best, and time is limited. Is this truly the full experience?

21st Annual Key West Half Marathon & 5K



Race through Key West’s historic Old Town and waterfront areas January 20, 2019, during the annual Key West Half Marathon®. The field is quickly filling to capacity. Set to begin at 7 a.m., the sporting challenge takes place on a flat, fast 13.1-mile half-marathon course in the scenic island city. Location of this year’s run is the Key West Historic Seaport at the foot of Margaret Street. The 5K Run will follow right after the start of the Half Marathon.

Now celebrating our 21st Anniversary, we have had participants from all 50 States and 27 countries, including Great Britain, Canada, Mexico, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, India, China, South Pacific, Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Brazil to name a few to compete in Key West’s balmy January climate.
