First and foremost, Eduardo’s Table is an experience. Come for the extraordinary cuisine, but leave feeling you’ve touched upon something truly magical. Eduardo not only applies his incredible talent to the freshest ingredients, he also presents each plate to you personally.
You also get to experience ocean-to-table dining in a town known for its fresh seafood. The seafood that’s expertly served up by Eduardo (with the help of his father if you’re fortunate enough to be in town at the right moment) comes from the freshest seafood market in town.
It’s time for Eduardo to begin his magic.
You’re invited to the Festival’s coolest dinner experience yet. Taking place in an old stone church circa 1865 and now a world class gallery.

While Eduardo is known for his culinary accolades and world-famous cuisine, this meal will be prepared in an environment that is casual and laid back, yet elegant and astounding… right down to the winemaker, Jean-Charles Boisset, he may or may not show up with his red socks on,
but he will be represented by Sara Brewer, JCB wine expert.

To fully immerse ourselves in Italian cooking’s passion and rich history, we need to feel Italian in our bones. We need to relax in laid-back surroundings and enjoy the full experience.
One of the hardest obstacles to hosting cooking classes in New York City is the lack of spaces. I have attended and hosted many events in restaurants and private apartments. Guests come to enjoy the food and good wine, learn recipes, get cooking tips from the chef, and hear stories of my personal experiences. The spaces tend to be smaller, the acoustics are not the best, and time is limited. Is this truly the full experience?
Race through Key West’s historic Old Town and waterfront areas January 20, 2019, during the annual Key West Half Marathon®. The field is quickly filling to capacity.
